The conveyor is controlled by a foot pedal and can deliver up to 4500 coins per minute. It has a jam detector that when activated will automatically reverse the conveyor. It has a very powerful magnet at the top of the unit to pull out junk and non-coins. This conveyor can be operated by one person since the coins are gravity-fed from the door at the bottom of the canister . You simply wheel the canister up to the conveyor, flip open the door and the coins are brought up to your particular solution. You can go directly into bags, a counter or sorter. Each conveyor is set up specifically for each customer and can be built for any height from 3-8 feet. Every aspect of this new product is designed to minimize lifting. The average worker’s comp claim is $50K. Conveyor footprint is 29” deep X 12” wide.
